- Drive conversion performance by leading the enquiry to application funnel and setting contact strategies
- Modernize operations by transforming GSSC processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency

- Own the data and budget by defining KPIs, maintaining CRM hygiene, and delivering executive level reporting
- Influence at the seams by building productive relationships with Divisions, Admissions, Marketing, and Sales Enablement
- Ensure student and regulatory compliance by embedding a student centric approach and managing escalations
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in a sales centre, contact centre, student recruitment, or comparable service environment
- People leadership depth experience leading through Team Leaders and managing performance systems
- CRM and data proficiency strong command of CRM systems, pipeline reporting, and conversion analytics
- Sector fluency experience in international education, student recruitment, or contact centre operations
- Financial acumen budget development experience and ability to translate financial data into decisions
- Stakeholder influence interpersonal credibility to build trusted relationships across divisions and external partners

- We are seeking an exceptional senior leader to take the helm of our Global Sales Service Centre (GSSC), a high impact, centralized inside sales and student engagement function.

What You Will Do
- Drive Conversion Performance. Lead the full enquiry to application funnel, setting contact strategies, improving speed to contact, activating long tail agents.
- Modernize Operations. Lead the transformation of GSSC processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency.
- Lead People with Purpose. Build advisor capability through coaching, structured performance systems, managing capacity across intake peaks.
- Own the Data and Budget. Define GSSC KPIs, maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene, deliver executive level reporting, manage the GSSC budget.
- Influence at the Seams. Build productive relationships with Divisions, Admissions, Marketing, Insights, and Sales Enablement.
- Ensure Student and Regulatory Compliance. Embed a student centric approach, manage escalations, ensure compliance with ESOS, CRICOS.
What You Bring
- Senior leadership experience in a sales centre, contact centre, student recruitment, or comparable service environment.
- People leadership depth experience leading through Team Leaders, managing performance systems.
- CRM and data proficiency strong command of CRM systems, pipeline reporting, contact centre metrics.
- Sector fluency experience in international education, student recruitment, admissions, or contact centre operations.
- Financial acumen budget development experience and ability to translate financial data into actionable business decisions.
