Role Description
Lead and oversee Researcher Project expansion and operations across GCC countries.
Develop regional strategies and manage partnerships with universities, research centers, and funding bodies.
Ensure activities align with the project’s mission and standards.
Work Arrangement
- The role is part-time and remote.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate program delivery, monitor performance metrics, and optimize processes for research training and participation.
- Supervise regional teams or volunteers and manage budgets and resources.
- Oversee communications and outreach and report progress to project leadership.
- Identify growth opportunities, tailor initiatives to local needs, and maintain compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, including team coordination, strategic planning, and decision-making.
- Experience in academic, research, or education-focused environments is required; GCC or regional experience is preferred.
