Role Description
This is a part-time remote E-commerce Supply Chain role supporting digital distribution of agricultural and livestock products.
The role coordinates order processing, inventory availability, shipments, and online sales channel data.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate order processing and monitor stock levels.
- Align inventory availability with online sales channels.
- Track shipments and update product and inventory data across e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve supply and logistics issues.
- Analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
- Support timely, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong supply chain management and operations management skills.
- Experience coordinating logistics and fulfillment for e-commerce or similar channels.
- Solid inventory management skills, including demand tracking and stock reconciliation.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, monitoring KPIs, and proposing improvements.
- Effective communication skills for remote collaboration with teams, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ability to work independently, manage part-time hours reliably, and meet deadlines.
