Role Description
Provide strategic and operational leadership for Researcher Project in a part-time, remote capacity.
Oversee program planning and execution for courses, workshops, and research activities while maintaining mission and quality alignment.
Coordinate academic mentors, partners, and internal teams, and monitor performance through clear metrics.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage timelines and resources for initiative programs and activities.
- Supervise operational processes, refine workflows, support team members, and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to outreach, institutional and funding-body collaborations, and long-term growth and sustainability planning.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management experience overseeing multidisciplinary or educational projects.
- Project and operations management skills covering planning, prioritization, timelines, and resources.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Background or strong interest in scientific research, higher education, or community-based initiatives.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, digital literacy, and proficiency with common collaboration tools.
