General Manager for a distribution company should have extensive experience in the FMCG or food and beverage sector and be capable of managing the business from A to Z.
This includes overseeing procurement, importing, supplier negotiations, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, fleet operations, and nationwide distribution, while also leading sales teams and developing new business opportunities with wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail chains such as Panda Retail Company and Bin-Dawood Holding.
The candidate must understand the full supply chain, from coordinating international shipments arriving through ports like Jeddah Islamic Port to ensuring efficient delivery to customers across Saudi Arabia.
They should also manage financial performance, pricing strategies, staff supervision, operational planning, and business growth, with strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in Arabic and English to effectively run the company’s operations and expand its market presence
