Role Overview
Lead an upscale hotel property in Dubai through a competitive luxury hospitality market.
Own the property’s commercial success, brand reputation, guest loyalty, and operational leadership.
Inspire a diverse, multicultural team to deliver high-quality service while executing commercial and asset-management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive RevPAR growth, navigate distribution channels, and optimize profitability without compromising guest experience.
- Maintain guest satisfaction, local reputation, and elevated service touchpoints.
- Partner with stakeholders, deliver transparent reporting, and protect asset value.
- Mentor and develop department heads while fostering excellence and accountability.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or as a high-performing Resident Manager or EAM ready to step up.
- Deep understanding of the UAE or GCC luxury or upscale hospitality market.
- Track record of strong financial results, successful property positioning, and high guest satisfaction scores.
- Exceptional executive presence, presentation skills, and emotional intelligence for leading an international workforce and engaging VIP stakeholders.
