Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will blend hotel financial knowledge with investment-grade modeling and market intelligence.
The role supports a high-growth hospitality consultancy through financial modeling, hotel performance reporting, market intelligence, and client-ready advisory data.
What You Will Do
- Build advanced hotel operating models, annual budgets, feasibility studies, and sensitivity analyses for ADR, RevPAR, Capex, and GOP.
- Analyze hotel P&L statements, departmental revenues, payroll ratios, utility expenses, and operator management fee structures.
- Track Dubai and UAE hotel performance benchmarks, pipeline developments, and seasonal demand drivers.
- Produce polished English reports and management commentary that present complex data as actionable strategic insights.
- Leverage AI and BI tools to automate data cleaning, variance commentary, and market research workflows.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the UAE.
- Strong background in hospitality consultancy, asset management, hotel development, or owner-side advisory.
- Solid grasp of UAE hospitality market dynamics, competitive sets, and industry benchmarks, including STR data and USALI standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel Management, or a related field.
