General Management Development Program - MBA Internship - Summer 2027

Minimum requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and expected completion date in 2028.
• 5–7 years of post-undergraduate professional work experience prior to entering MBA program with proven career progression
• Must have indefinite US work authorization. Applicants who require visa sponsorship or work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for this program.

Preferred skills and experiences

• Owner’s Mindset & Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience (or direct exposure to) managing P&L/budget dynamics, driving commercial outcomes with high agency and a Spirit of Winning .
• Strategic Vision & Big-Picture Thinking: Ability to translate high-level business strategy into actionable initiatives, connecting cross-functional dots across product, operations, and finance.
• Progressive & Forward-Thinking Approach: Challenges the status quo and navigates ambiguity to solve complex organizational challenges.
• Digital & GenAI Fluency: Proactively leverages Generative AI and digital tools to streamline workflows, enhance analytical rigor, and accelerate decision-making.
• Thought Leadership & Strategy Execution: Proven capability to lead end-to-end strategic projects, driving measurable results from inception through execution.
• Collaborative Leadership ( One Whirlpool ): Influences diverse, cross-functional teams to build consensus and deliver shared goals.
