Role Overview
The company is seeking an experienced General Maintenance Technician / Handyman.
The role handles ongoing maintenance work across residential apartments and properties.
The position requires capability across multiple maintenance areas rather than one trade.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing repairs and installations.
- Replace, install, and troubleshoot water heaters.
- Change taps, mixers, sinks, toilets, pipes, and fittings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and complete minor electrical repairs.
- Replace lights, bulbs, switches, sockets, and fixtures.
- Complete apartment repairs and minor painting, drilling, mounting, sealing, and finishing work.
- Identify issues before they become larger problems.
- Attend different properties and keep tools, materials, and completed work organized.
Requirements
- Have previous experience in general property or building maintenance.
- Have good knowledge of plumbing and basic electrical work.
- Residential apartment experience is preferred.
- Be able to diagnose problems and work independently.
- Demonstrate good workmanship, attention to detail, reliability, and responsibility.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- A driving licence is an advantage.
