Role Description
Maintain and repair air-conditioning systems beyond basic cleaning.
Independently diagnose and resolve cooling, airflow, electrical, mechanical, leakage, drainage, and breakdown issues.
Responsibilities
- Perform AC servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose cooling and airflow problems in split and ducted AC systems.
- Clean coils, filters, and drain lines.
- Check and charge refrigerant or gas pressure.
- Identify electrical and mechanical faults.
- Repair or replace capacitors, motors, thermostats, and other AC components.
- Diagnose water leakage and drainage issues.
- Handle AC breakdowns and repair work.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and basic service records.
Requirements
- Previous hands-on AC/HVAC maintenance experience.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of AC electrical components.
- Professional and responsible attitude.
- Punctual and reliable work habits.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
