Role Overview
GRQ Holdings is seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to take ownership of financial operations.
The role will build a proper finance structure and scalable finance processes across the group.
The position focuses on systems, cash flow control, financial analysis, and management decision support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the company’s finance and accounting structure.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly profit and loss statements and financial reports.
- Track revenue, expenses, profit margins, and cash flow.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Reconcile bank accounts, payment gateways, cash-on-delivery collections, and supplier payments.
- Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor payroll, advertising spend, logistics costs, product costs, and other operational expenses.
- Build financial dashboards and management reports.
- Analyze profitability by store, department, product, and channel.
- Identify unnecessary spending, financial leaks, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain records, coordinate tax compliance, implement controls, and support management planning.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong accounting and finance background.
- Experience managing finances for a growing business.
- Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow, budgeting, and reconciliation.
- Ability to build financial systems and dashboards from scratch.
- High attention to detail, strong accountability, and comfort with large transaction volumes and multiple business units.
- UAE accounting, VAT, and corporate tax knowledge is highly preferred.
- E-commerce experience is a major advantage.
