Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in construction, with strong exposure to buildings and villa compounds
- Proven experience supervising site works and managing labor teams
- UAE project experience required; Abu Dhabi exposure preferred
- Strong understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and site coordination
- Experience in buildings sector and villa compounds required
