About the Role
Nova International General Contracting is seeking a General Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for building and villa compound projects in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across multiple work fronts
- Lead foremen and site crews to ensure productivity and quality targets are met
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and approved method statements
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage on site
- Enforce HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture on site
- Identify construction issues and support timely resolution in coordination with the project team
- Report daily progress and site activities to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in construction, with strong exposure to buildings and villa compounds
- Proven experience supervising site works and managing labor teams
- UAE project experience is required; Abu Dhabi exposure preferred
- Strong understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and site coordination
- Experience in buildings sector and villa compounds is required
