Roles and Responsibilities
- Train and develop junior staff members.
- Coordinate with planners and schedule work for multiple construction crews.
- Monitor progress and quality across different construction areas.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Resolve issues and conflicts between crews of different trades.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
- Enforce and communicate safety measures and quality control procedures to subordinates.
- Prepare and submit site activity progress reports to project management.
- Assist engineers with the technical evaluation of workers on site.
