Role Objective
Manage site execution so projects are completed within contract time, cost, productivity, quality, and safety requirements.
Efficiently assign and distribute project resources, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
Construction Management
- Introduce improved construction methods, equipment, and machinery.
- Promote logistics planning and productivity measurement.
- Optimize construction manpower, equipment, and materials allocation to meet budget.
- Supervise assigned project construction and ensure compliance with time, cost, productivity, and quality standards.
- Supervise attendance, productivity, and safety of construction staff and non-staff on site.
Planning and Materials
- Assist with project, manpower, material, and drawing schedules in coordination with planning and cost control units.
