Responsibilities
- Verify that figures, postings, and documents are correctly entered, mathematically accurate, and properly coded
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures
- Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records
- Perform period end closing procedures and reports as specified
- Verify cash drawers periodically in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Maintain, distribute, and record petty cash, cash drawers, and contracts
- Document, maintain, communicate, and act on all cash variances following standard operating procedures
- Liaise between the property and the armored car service or main banking institution
- Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure standard operating procedures are followed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required

Responsibilities

- Organiser, sécuriser et mettre à jour tous les fichiers, les dossiers, la trésorerie et les équivalents de trésorerie, conformément aux politiques et procédures.
- Enregistrer, stocker, accéder à et/ou analyser l’information financière informatisée.
- Classer, coder et résumer les données numériques et financières afin de compiler et de tenir des registres financiers, en utilisant des journaux, des livres et/ou des ordinateurs.
- Effectuer les procédures et les rapports de clôture de fin de période spécifiés.
- Vérifier les tiroirs caisses périodiquement, conformément aux procédures opérationnelles normalisées.
- Tenir à jour, distribuer et enregistrer la petite caisse, les tiroirs caisses et les contrats.
- Documenter, tenir à jour, communiquer et agir sur tous écarts de trésorerie en suivant les procédures opérationnelles normalisées.
- Assurer la liaison entre la propriété et le service de voiture blindée ou l’institution bancaire principale.
- Participer aux processus de vérification internes, externes et réglementaires et s’assurer que les procédures opérationnelles normalisées sont respectées.
Qualifications Recommandées
- Niveau d’études: Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalence de niveau secondaire.
- Expérience de travail connexe: Au moins 1 an d’expérience de travail connexe.
- Expérience de supervision: Aucune expérience de supervision.
- Permis ou certification: Aucune
