- Ensure accurate financial records through income audits, cashiering controls, and accounts receivable processes
- Perform daily operational audits and verify revenue, adjustments, rebates, complimentary services, and cash transactions
- Monitor inventories, spoilage reports, warehouse issues, and purchasing procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Support month end reporting, financial reconciliations, and preparation of finance reports
- Work closely with all hotel departments to maintain financial accuracy and minimize operational risks
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hotel policies, and UAE legal requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Accountant, Income Auditor, or in a similar role within a luxury hotel
- Strong knowledge of Income Audit, General Cashiering, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
- Proficiency in IDS, Micros, Microsoft Office, and hotel financial systems
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
