About the Role
City Palace hotel is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to manage check-in/out, reservations, and guest services in Dubai. The role requires 2 years of hotel front desk experience and familiarity with IDS reservation software.

Responsibilities
- Perform all check in and check out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and fully furnished
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Requirements
- 2 year experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience using hotel reservation software, particularly IDS
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Degree in hotel management is a plus
