Gender Equity Administrative Assistant (part-time)

The Gender Equity Administrative Assistant position assists the Territorial Gender Equity Advocate in implementing approved recommendations arising from the Gender Equity Task Force Report.

Support will include writing (including policy revision), communication, data collection and assessment, preparing presentations and other administrative tasks.

• Coordinate Gender Equity Working Group operations by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, issuing reminders, and documenting and distributing meeting minutes.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Gender Equity Advocate, including calendar management, travel coordination, and day-to-day operational assistance.
• Collect, analyze, and report on data and stakeholder feedback to support evidence-based Gender Equity initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.
• Research, review, and develop policies, presentations, and curriculum materials that advance Gender Equity objectives and organizational learning.
• Create and deliver engaging communications content, including articles, social media posts, and other promotional materials aligned with the communications strategy.
