Oversee the effective operation of the kitchen.
Maintain excellent standards in hygiene, safety, and all aspects of food handling.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned, used, and maintained properly and that all storage and work areas are kept clean and orderly.
Ensure all staff are aware of dietary restrictions declared by clients.
Order food supplies and manage inventory, directing the storage and rotation of incoming supplies.

High school diploma plus culinary education and training of one academic year.
Food Safe Certification is required.
Standard First Aid + CPR & AED.

A minimum of two years of experience in a kitchen management or chef role including responsibilities for budgeting.

A clean drivers abstract
Completion of our online Armatus Abuse Training and required Health and Safety training
