About the Role
ByteDance seeks a GenAI Solution Architect to partner with regional sales teams in Turkey, designing and delivering multimodal AIGC solutions. You will architect production-grade pipelines, develop agentic workflows, and advise on model selection and governance.

Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales teams to identify and shape Video, Image, and Multimodal GenAI opportunities
- Design and deliver AIGC solutions including text/image/video generation and VLM workflows
- Architect production grade GenAI pipelines using diffusion models, VLMs, and LoRA/adapter based fine tuning
- Develop agentic AIGC workflows with autonomous agents and human in the loop approvals
- Act as trusted advisor on model selection, cost/latency optimization, and governance topics
- Own AIGC POCs to ensure measurable outcomes and translate customer feedback into product requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Pre Sales Engineer, or similar customer facing technical role
- Hands on experience delivering image, video, or multimodal GenAI systems in production environments
- Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems
- Proven experience supporting enterprise customers across MEA and US regions
- Turkish business proficiency
- Computer Science or Engineering degree (preferred)
- Experience building agentic GenAI workflows using orchestration platforms like n8n (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Partner with regional Sales teams to identify, qualify, and shape Video, Image, and Multimodal GenAI (AIGC) opportunities.
- Multimodal Solution Delivery: Design and deliver AIGC solutions including text/image/video generation with brand consistency, VLM workflows, and advanced prompt engineering.
- Production Pipeline Architecture: Architect production grade GenAI pipelines utilizing diffusion models, VLMs, and LoRA/adapter based fine tuning.
- Agentic Workflow Design: Develop agentic AIGC workflows where autonomous agents interpret intent, invoke generation analysis, and coordinate multi stage tasks.
- Technical Advisory & Governance: Act as a trusted advisor on model selection trade offs, cost and latency optimization, and governance topics.
- Innovation & Lifecycle Ownership: Own AIGC POCs to ensure measurable outcomes and translate customer feedback into platform requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Pre Sales Engineer, or similar customer facing technical role.
- Hands on experience delivering image, video, or multimodal GenAI systems within real world or production environments.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise customers across MEA and US regions.
- Comfortable operating in fast moving, ambiguous environments with rapidly evolving GenAI technologies.
- Strong technical and business judgment skills.
- Turkish Language Proficiency: Turkish business proficiency is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer Science or Engineering degree with deep expertise in Diffusion models, VLMs, and prompt engineering/chaining.
- Practical experience building agentic GenAI workflows using orchestration platforms like n8n.
- Experience in multi stage creative workflows, GPU inference optimization, and managing quality/latency/cost trade offs.
- Prior experience working with customers in Media, Entertainment, Advertising, Gaming, Ecommerce, and social platforms.
- Background in solution architecture for AIGC platforms, VLM driven systems, or AI infrastructure platforms.
- Strong understanding of Public Cloud services, including GPU compute, edge delivery (CDN), and security for media pipelines.
