About the Role

Responsibilities
- Establish a proven and sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite across MENA
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding customer base
- Execute Go to Market Strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities
- Lead and monitor demand generation activities, own end to end sales process and customer journey
- Accurate reporting on sales activities and forecasting, ensure smooth customer onboarding and adoption
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Additional proficiency in Arabic highly desirable
- Strong problem solving, resilience, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in Telco, cloud computing, video cloud, or AI/ML preferred

- Role is a 12 month temporary assignment managed by a third party agency; not a ByteDance employee.
Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- Completed bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong problem solver, resilient, good at developing early markets.
- Sound communication and organization skills, able to influence key stakeholders.
- Agile, entrepreneurial, result oriented.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer science or engineering background, MBA a plus.
- Experience in Telco, cloud computing, video cloud, or AI/ML.
- Rich resources and relationships with regional customers and partners.
- Experience in AI content generation and agentic solutions a plus.
- Background in consulting beneficial.
