Overview

  • GEICO is looking for Customer Service Professionals for its Melville, NY office to provide excellent customer service to policyholders.

Responsibilities

  • Answer billing questions
  • Make policy changes
  • Provide recommendations to customers

Qualifications & Skills

  • 12+ months of contact center or customer facing service experience (preferred)
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adjust to changes quickly
  • Open to feedback
  • Solid computer and multi tasking skills
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
