Job Summary
The employer is seeking an experienced Gas Technician specializing in LPG systems.
The role covers installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of LPG gas distribution systems.
Projects span residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments in accordance with UAE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute project activities according to plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Provide regular progress updates and maintain project momentum.
- Complete project documentation, including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
- Support reporting to management and assist with project handover.
- Deliver projects within approved cost forecasts and cash flow targets.
- Follow engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, project instructions, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams to implement the project execution plan.
- Liaise with Civil Defence, Municipality, ADNOC, MOIAT, consultants, and other regulatory authorities for statutory approvals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in LPG gas projects within the oil and gas sector.
- Proven experience with LPG installations for residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Civil Defence approval processes, LPG regulations, and engineering standards.
- Valid UAE driving license.
