Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Game Developer based in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility for some remote work.

As a Game Developer, you will focus on creating, testing, and refining game mechanics and features.

Responsibilities include programming gameplay features, implementing object-oriented programming principles, collaborating with game designers to bring concepts to life, and optimizing game performance.

You will work closely with a diverse team to build engaging digital experiences and contribute to the development of the studio's flagship game and other projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Game Programming, Gameplay Programming, and general Programming
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
  • Experience in Game Design and implementing design ideas into functional gameplay
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural, and fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and debugging skills to maintain and improve game performance
  • Familiarity with modern game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field
