  • What the job involves
  • **Strategic Capital Sourcing:**
  • Your primary objective is to identify and secure early-stage investment and funding rounds to accelerate our development and scaling operations.
  • **Investor Outreach & Engagement:**
  • Proactively identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with Angel Investors, Venture Capitalists (VCs), and Strategic Partners.
  • **Pitch & Storytelling:**
  • Creating and refining high-impact pitch materials and financial narratives that clearly communicate the unique value and global potential of WarForge Studio.
  • **Relationship Management:**
  • Acting as the lead point of contact for investors, managing the full fundraising lifecycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • **Market & Financial Analysis:**
  • Conducting rigorous market research and financial planning to ensure our investment strategy is competitive and data-driven.
  • Who we are looking for
  • **The High-Speed Closer:**
  • A professional with a proven track record of securing funding for tech startups, known for their ability to open doors and close deals quickly.
  • **Network Powerhouse:**
  • Someone who brings an existing network of investors and industry partners, with the hustle to build new connections from scratch.
  • **Master Communicator:**
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to pitch with high charisma and professional authority.
  • **Financial & Compliance Expert:**
  • Strong background in Financial Planning and Investor Relations, ensuring all materials and deals are professional and compliant.
  • **Strategic Mindset:**
  • A background in Finance or Business (CFA/MBA preferred) with a deep understanding of the gaming or tech startup ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Investor Relations, Fundraising, and Stakeholder Communication.
  • Proven experience in Financial Planning and Market Research.
  • Proficiency in creating professional pitch materials and investor reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes startup environment.
