Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for an Administrative Personal Assistant, primarily based in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility for occasional remote work.
The Administrative Personal Assistant will manage daily schedules, organize meetings, and provide administrative support to executives.
Duties include handling correspondence, managing communications, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities (Arabic and English)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, including email, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Adaptability to hybrid work settings, with flexibility to work both on-site and remotely
- Prior experience in administrative roles is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
