- Fluent German (C1) and good English communication skills
- Previous sales experience in any industry (FX, finance, or high performance sales is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Target driven, ambitious, and motivated to succeed
- Interest in financial markets, Forex, and trading platforms
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer relationship management is a plus
