- Promote the company's Forex & CFD products and services to prospective clients
- Convert high quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Maximise conversion rates and spot opportunities for future sales
- Deliver top tier customer service throughout the client journey
- Stay current on financial markets, trading products, and industry trends
- Hit individual sales targets & KPIs while staying compliant with company standards
Requirements
- Native or fluent Tagalog, written and spoken
- Mandatory previous experience in Forex & CFD
- Previous experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Computer literate with solid knowledge of standard office applications
- Comfortable in a target driven, fast paced environment
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and trading platforms
- Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products

What You'll Be Doing
