Role Description
- The Fx CFD OTC Brokerage Business Associate will work full time in a remote capacity, supporting the development and growth of brokerage and trading related business initiatives.
- Day to day responsibilities include coordinating with partners and clients on Forex, CFD, and OTC brokerage solutions, assisting with onboarding for various business models, and helping to implement trading platforms, CRM systems, and payment solutions.
- The associate will analyze business performance, prepare reports on revenue and client activity, and identify opportunities to expand partner networks.
- This role also involves providing responsive customer service, resolving inquiries related to brokerage operations, and collaborating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- The Business Associate will contribute to marketing and outreach efforts, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and supporting long term relationship building.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for assessing brokerage performance, client activity, and business model profitability.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Finance and Business to understand Forex, CFD, OTC products and partnership structures.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for coordinating with partners, clients, and internal teams across remote settings.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, provide support, and maintain positive, professional relationships.
- Relevant experience in FX/CFD/OTC brokerage, fintech, or financial services, including exposure to trading platforms and CRM systems, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast paced, partner driven ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in brokerage or fintech operations.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and basic data analysis (e.g., Excel, CRM reporting) is an advantage.
