Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for the Fintech Solutions for FX Crypto position at Star Net Ltd.
In this role, you will be responsible for consulting clients on tailored fintech solutions, building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and facilitating sales processes.
Daily responsibilities also include preparing and presenting solutions, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive services that meet clients’ needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical Skills to evaluate client needs and create customized fintech solutions
- Experience in Consulting and Sales to drive client acquisition and foster business development
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide ongoing support on an international scale
- A background in finance, technology, or related fields is a plus
- Proficiency in understanding Forex, Crypto, or financial trading industries is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
