Role Description

This is a full-time remote role within Star Net Ltd.'s Fintech Solutions Trading Academy.

The role involves providing consultation and support to clients seeking to establish or scale their trading businesses.

Responsibilities include delivering training, offering exceptional customer service, providing strategic guidance, executing sales initiatives, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

The individual will work to enhance the company’s presence and create long-lasting business partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and develop insights
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members
  • Experience in consulting and providing strategic advice
  • Customer service skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Sales acumen to identify opportunities and grow the business
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Understanding of the Forex, Crypto, or trading industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
