Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement activities in line with project specifications and budgets.
  • Obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and support supplier evaluations.
  • Monitor purchase orders through to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with local and international suppliers.
  • Review FFE schedules, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Maintain procurement trackers, cost reports, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate production, shipping, customs clearance, inspections, and site deliveries.
  • Liaise with project teams, consultants, designers, and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FFE procurement or project coordination.
  • Experience in hospitality, luxury residential, or hotel projects.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, BOQs, and FFE documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and international suppliers is preferred.
