Overview

  • We are currently hiring an experienced Admin Coordinator for a leading contracting company in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients.
  • Maintain office records and ensure proper document management.
  • Support procurement and project teams with administrative tasks.
  • Handle confidential information professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of administrative experience.
  • Previous experience in a contracting or construction company is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
