Job Overview

  • We are hiring a Document Controller Cum Accountant for a leading contracting/trading company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company documents and records.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed, tracked, and archived.
  • Prepare and maintain document registers and transmittals.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation.
  • Record basic accounting transactions and maintain financial records.
  • Assist with supplier and customer account reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and clients.
  • Support administrative and financial reporting activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in contracting, construction, or trading companies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of document control procedures and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.

Pay

  • QAR 1.00 per month (likely placeholder)
