Functional Analyst - R12 Projects

10–12 years of experience in Oracle R12 Project Accounting with strong functional knowledge of Oracle Projects.

Hands-on experience in production support, ticket resolution, and business-facing issue management.

Strong expertise in project costing, billing, revenue processing, cost distribution, accounting flow validation, and month-end support activities.

Good understanding of cross-functional integrations with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other finance modules.

Proven ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for recurring issues.

Experience working with business users to analyze problems, gather requirements, and deliver functional solutions.

Exposure to testing, release support, documentation, and coordination with technical teams for fixes and enhancements.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage critical finance support activities in a fast-paced environment.
