Requirements
- Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, Strategic Studies, or a related field from an accredited university
- Ability to teach undergraduate level courses in the relevant discipline
- Strong academic and professional background in the field
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience at an accredited higher education institution or relevant professional experience in government, diplomacy, international organizations, security, intelligence, or related sectors
- Experience in undergraduate teaching and student engagement
- Industrial and professional experience (recommended min 5 years)
- Experience with learning management systems and educational technologies is preferred

Position Overview
- The American University in the Emirates (AUE) invites applications from qualified Master's degree holders for a Full Time Lecturer position in the College of Security and Global Studies.

- Teaching Load: 15 credit hours per semester
Job Purpose
- Responsible for providing students with professional expertise in teaching, assessing student work, academic advising, participating in administrative and committee activities, professional service, and community engagement.
Qualifications & Education
- Master's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, Strategic Studies, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Ability to teach undergraduate level courses in the relevant discipline.
