About Longevity Hub

  • Longevity Hub is redefining the future of health, performance and longevity by bringing together world class coaching, recovery, advanced wellness technology and community under one roof.
  • We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Branch Manager to lead our Riyadh location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall performance and day to day operations of the Riyadh branch.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop a high performing team across coaching, front of house and operations.
  • Deliver an exceptional member experience that reflects the premium standards of the Longevity Hub brand.
  • Drive membership growth, retention and revenue while achieving key business objectives.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgets, operational procedures and branch performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability and member satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Regional Director and leadership team to execute business initiatives and achieve company goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, events and community engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure the branch consistently maintains the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, safety and service.
  • Foster a positive, accountable and high performance culture built on collaboration, professionalism and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership or management role within fitness, wellness, hospitality or luxury service industries.
  • Proven experience managing teams and overseeing business operations.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue, memberships and operational performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and build a strong, motivated team culture.
  • Passion for health, wellness and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and operational management software.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing a premium fitness, wellness or hospitality business.
  • Strong background in customer experience and team development.
  • Sales and membership management experience.
  • Event planning and community engagement.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, premium brand environment.
