About the Role

Requirements

- Ability to work on site in Jeddah with flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience in hospitality, problem solving, and guest care.
- Comfort with presentations and explaining offerings.
- Previous front desk, reception, or hospitality experience in wellness, fitness, spa, or healthcare.
- Proficiency with scheduling systems, basic office software, and payment processing tools.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
