Full Stack Java Developer

As a Full Stack Java Developer , you will make an impact by designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js technologies. You will be a valued member of the application development team and work collaboratively with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams to build high-quality digital solutions. In This Role, You Will: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and related technologies. Build, enhance, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices that support business-critical applications. Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, and application performance optimization. Provide technical guidance to offshore development teams by resolving technical challenges and supporting successful delivery. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Follow best practices for code quality, security, testing, and software development lifecycle processes. Contribute to AI chatbot and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) initiatives when applicable. What You Need to Have to Be Considered 8+ years of experience in full stack application development with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and enterprise application development. Strong hands-on experience in Java application development using Spring Boot. Proven experience developing full-stack applications with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
