Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front end applications, back end services, and database solutions for global trading platforms
- Maximize engineering efficiency by leveraging AI assisted development tooling (Claude Code) while retaining accountability for quality
- Proactively identify edge cases, logical flaws, and potential system vulnerabilities before deployment
- Architect, drive, and deliver high impact CMS migration and platform modernization initiatives end to end
- Communicate technical concepts, architectural decisions, and trade offs to technical and non technical audiences
- Champion engineering best practices, coding standards, testing methodologies, and secure development principles
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, AI assisted development practices, and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Substantial commercial experience as a senior full stack web engineer in production environments
- Deep expertise in front end technologies like React, Next.js, and modern back end architectures
- Proven adaptability across different languages, platforms, and layers of the stack
- Demonstrated experience leading at least one CMS migration or replatforming project end to end
- Solid understanding of SEO aware migration practices including redirects, canonicalization, and structured data
- Disciplined utilization of AI assisted development tooling (such as Claude Code)
- Exceptional problem solving abilities and ownership of loosely defined problems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
