Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications for the company’s eCommerce website and HRIS platform
- Build and enhance front end user interfaces that deliver seamless and responsive user experiences
- Develop and maintain back end services, APIs, and database structures to support business operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Optimize website performance, security, scalability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across multiple systems and environments
- Integrate third party applications, payment gateways, and external services where required
- Develop new HRIS features and modules to support employee lifecycle processes, reporting, attendance, leave management, and other HR functions
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company policies and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar software development role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
- Strong experience with back end development using Node.js, PHP, Python, .NET, or similar technologies
- Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, system integrations, and web services
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of cloud platforms, hosting environments, and deployment processes
- Experience working on ERP, HRIS, CRM, or business management systems is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The role
- As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing both our eCommerce website, HRIS platform and other systems.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders, designers, and operational teams to build scalable solutions that improve customer experience, streamline internal processes, and support the company’s growth.
