Full Stack Developer (React.js + NestJS)

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using **React.js**, **NestJS**, **Node.js**, and **Express.js**
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance frontend interfaces using **HTML5**, **CSS3**, **Tailwind CSS**, **Material UI (MUI)**, and modern frontend practices
• Utilize **JavaScript (ES6+)** and **TypeScript** for efficient frontend and backend development
• Develop and manage state using **Redux** and/or **Context API**
• Design and implement secure and efficient **RESTful APIs** and backend services
• Integrate third-party APIs and external systems as required
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using **JWT** and **OAuth**
• Work with relational and non-relational databases including **PostgreSQL**, **MySQL**, and **MongoDB**
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and scalable code following industry best practices
• Participate actively in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization activities
• Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Support deployment activities, server-side configurations, and version control processes using **Git**, **GitHub**, and/or **GitLab**
• Basic knowledge of **Docker** and familiarity with **AWS services** will be considered an added advantage
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and modern development standards
• Experience in building responsive and mobile-first applications with a strong focus on user experience and application efficiency
• Understanding of database architecture, optimization, and management principles
• Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines** and Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
