This one doesn't.

You'll own problems end to end, talk to the customers hitting the edge cases, and use AI to move faster, not to hide what you don't know yet.

What you bring that a model can't: real empathy for the person stuck in a bad workflow, an eye for what a UI actually gets wrong, and genuine curiosity about how the business works, not just the code behind it.

What you'll build

• Full features end to end.

How you'll work

• Pair with senior engineers, designers, and product in a tight loop. No handoffs into a void.
• Use frontier AI models and tools daily to supercharge your workflow.
• Talk to the customers using what you build. Their confusion is your bug report.
• Own a problem end to end: debug it, design the fix, ship it, watch it run in production.

You're a fit if you

• Are a new grad from Computer Science (BCS or BMath) or Computer Engineering.
• Have built something real, and are still building: an app, an automation, an open-source repo, a side project. Bring the repo.
• Have already shipped with AI tools: Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, GPT for actual work, not just chat.
• Have real empathy for the people using what you build, and can explain why a workflow frustrates them, not just how you'd fix it.
• Are curious about how the business actually works, not just the technology. You ask what problem you're solving before you touch the code, and can explain it back in plain terms.
• Notice when a UI feels off and have opinions about why.
• Move comfortably across frontend, backend APIs, and a bit of cloud (Azure or AWS).
• Ask "why" before "how," and say "I don't know yet, let me find out" without flinching.
• Want speed and ambiguity over process and certainty.

• Data & containers: Azure Cosmos DB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Docker

• Launched something end to end, even scrappy.
• Touched Azure serverless, AWS Lambda, or containerized deployments.
• An eye for design systems, UI patterns, or product thinking.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS.
