About the Role
Sophia Home is seeking an experienced IT Support & Web Specialist to handle IT operations and web/mobile development. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in IT/network support and web/mobile development, with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP Laravel, Python, and WordPress.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and support company IT systems, including software, servers, network, and security systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff
- Ensure system uptime, data protection, and regular backups
- Liaise with external IT vendors when required
- Develop, update, and maintain company websites and e commerce platforms
- Build and maintain mobile applications (iOS & Android)
- Handle front end and back end development tasks
- Maintain website content, performance, and functionality
- Implement new features, updates, and integrations
- Test and fix issues across web and mobile platforms
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in IT / Network Support
- 3 5 years of Web and mobile development experience
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP Laravel, Python (or similar)
- Experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple systems
- Good communication skills

Job Overview
