- I am looking for a Fullstack AI Engineer.
- Not someone who only learned AI coding tools last week.
- Not someone who hides weak engineering behind generated code.
- We want serious builders.
- Engineers who can write strong code, build real products end to end, and use AI tools to move faster without losing technical depth.
- The kind of person we want:
- strong in fullstack engineering
- able to ship real products, not just demos
- already has hands-on experience building with AI in the product, the workflow, or both
- knows how to use AI coding tools well, but still understands architecture, debugging, code quality, and product tradeoffs
- follows the AI industry closely and stays current with models, tools, releases, and workflow shifts
- moves fast and keeps standards high
- This role is for people who combine real engineering skill with AI-native speed.
- At FAR Labs, we are building ambitious AI products and infrastructure.
- We need engineers who can think clearly, build fast, and keep up with how quickly this field is changing.
- One important note: after probation, this role is based in Abu Dhabi and we expect the person to work on-site with us.
