Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field
- Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed. or equivalent) specializing in Early Years or Primary Education
- Valid teaching license or registration from country of origin
- Minimum 2 3 years full time post qualification teaching experience in EYFS within a British curriculum school
- Proficiency in ICT and educational technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children
- Willingness to undergo ADEK teacher licensing process

- Clear understanding of developmental progression from EYFS into Key Stage 1.
- Familiarity with current best practices in early childhood education within a British curriculum context.
UAE Specific Requirements
- Thorough understanding of ADEK regulations and licensing requirements.
- Willingness to undergo ADEK teacher licensing process.
- Ability to meet UAE visa and labour requirements.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to local UAE culture, customs, and traditions.
- Commitment to upholding highest standards of student safeguarding in accordance with UAE law.
