Role Overview
The Front Office Supervisor supports front-line operations and handles administrative and guest-related issues.
The role works closely with managers on duty and serves as a primary resource for front-office operations.
Front Office Duties
- Provide fast, friendly service; check guests in and out; and ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Handle room changes, guest comments, complaints, VIPs, groups, packages, arrivals, departures, and no-shows.
- Assist with room inventory strategy, Royal Reviews, emergency procedures, and daily front-office checklists.
- Monitor hotel activity and respond to front-office operational needs.
Qualifications
- Leadership, employee development, and delegation experience in a similar position are strong assets.
- Strong guest-service skills and the ability to lead employees to excellence are required.
