Role Overview
Oversee front desk operations during assigned hotel shifts.
Support exceptional guest service through effective front office leadership.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front office staff during assigned shifts.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and transactions efficiently.
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and appearance.
- Train and mentor new front office employees.
- Manage room reservations and overbooking situations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with management.
- Assist with front office budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements
- Skilled and experienced in front office operations.
- Strong leadership abilities and commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
