About the Role
Support the daily operations of dining facilities as a Food and Beverage Associate with bar experience.
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist with preparing and plating food items as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and operate the cash register.
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
- Follow health and safety regulations for food handling and serving.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education or training is a plus.
- Have proven experience as an F&B Associate, waiter, waitress, or similar role.
